I especially liked the part where you quoted "office workers must realise it’s not just the business fat cats who need to worry about this". That is so true. Every computer user who goes online really needs to make sure they have good internet security software installed and that they know how to use it. I am surprised by people who have antivirus/spyware software and don't even know how to use it or even if they have it turned on. It is scary really. Good article.
